For first-time customers, we may accept COD delivery even if you have selected payment at a post office or convenience store. Please understand that we may change the payment method to cash on delivery for first-time customers.
(If we change to COD, we will add 330 yen as a COD fee for customers who send less than 10,800 yen (including tax) to one location.)

We are confident in the quality and price of our products, but in the unlikely event that an item is defective, please return it to us within 10 days of receipt, freight collect. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returns due to your own reasons.
